Funny stuff. I don’t have cable so have never seen Colbert before although have heard of him. Thanks mead.
ps when you talk of mead are you refering to authentic mead or some modern day version of it such as Saranac Black Forest, or Harpoon IPA, or Magic Hat 9 ?
I most certainly mean authentic mead. As in my fist post: honey, water, yeast, time.
The mead I was drinking was made with local orange blossom honey and was exquisite.
The local homebrew club, the Central Florida Homebrewers ( http://www.cfhb.org ), are having a mead competition for the upcoming Mead Day at their next meeting. I think this is good enough to enter.
